H. C. R. 1 -- "Raising a Joint Assembly to open and publish election returns."
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the two houses of the Legislature convene in joint assembly in the Hall of the House of Delegates at 1:45 o'clock postmeridian, this day, that the Speaker of the House of Delegates may, in the presence of the Senate, open and publish the returns of the election held throughout the State on the 7th day of November, 2000, as provided by section three, article seven of the Constitution.
